This is the End User License Agreement for PowerLink Plus and is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and ALADat, Inc. and Sonia Coleman for the PowerLink Plus software. PowerLink Plus is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The product is licensed, not sold. By using PowerLink Plus you are agreeing to the terms set forth in this license agreement. You MAY NOT sell, distribute, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of PowerLink Plus. This includes the PowerLink Plus documentation. You MAY install, use, access, display, run, or otherwise interact with one copy of the software product on a single computer. The licensed user of the software may make a second copy and install on a second computer for his or her exclusive use provided that the primary and secondary installations are exclusively used by the licensed user and not used simultaneously. PowerLink Plus is licensed trial ware and may not be redistributed to others, in part or in total. All files included with PowerLink Plus and all documentation may not be modified, reverse engineered, decompiled, or disassembled in any way. The product may not be sold to others. The license provided to you may not be shared. PowerLink Plus and all documentation included in or created by the program itself are copyrighted materials and must be treated as such. A registered individual may only use PowerLink Plus to create a PowerLink Plus project for presentations that the registered individual created. A registered company may only use PowerLink Plus to create a PowerLink Plus project for presentations created by the registered company. PowerLink Plus cannot be used by an individual or company to create a PowerLink Plus project for any presentation created by someone else or by another company. PowerLink Plus cannot be used for the sole purpose of creating PowerLink Plus projects for an individual or company unless the presentation is created by the licensed individual or licensed company. COPYRIGHT: All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, and text incorporated in the product), the accompanying printed or downloadable materials, and any copies of the software are owned by ALADat Inc. and Sonia Coleman. This EULA grants you no rights to use such content. If this product contains documentation that is provided only in electronic form, you may print one copy of such electronic documentation. You may not copy the printed materials accompanying the product. THE PROGRAM AND ACCOMPANYING MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE AUTHOR(S) OF POWERLINK DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE PROGRAM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE USE, QUALITY, AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM IS WITH YOU THE USER. IN NO EVENT WILL THE AUTHOR(S) OF POWERLINK BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF WORK, OR LOST SAVINGS ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE PROGRAM OR ANY OF ITS ACCOMPANYING MATERIALS, HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY. BY USING POWERLINK YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT.
