Here is an example, which has worked for us.  Replace the underlined items with your own information:

Directions for Using This CD 

You should be able to just insert this CD into your CD drive and it will automatically run.  The presentation gives you instructions on how to navigate through the slides.

If your system is not set to autorun a CD, and nothing happens after waiting patiently and not seeing a light glowing on your CD drive, you may have to manually start the CD. 

Using “My Computer” or “Windows Explorer”, locate your CD drive X: (where X: is your CD ROM's drive letter), and double click on the file ppview32.exe, which is in the root directory.

A window will appear and you will need to locate and highlight X:present\presentation name.ppt or .pps.  Click on the Show Button and the show will begin.
