There is a problem if you try to open an email attachment that is a PowerPoint presentation if:

1. You are using Outlook Express
2. You are running Windows XP, SP-2
3. You have the PowerPoint 2003 Viewer installed
4. You DO NOT have the full PowerPoint application installed

Shyam Pillai has developed a small (128 KB) program that will correct the problem and allow you to open presentation file attachments directly from your email in Outlook Express.
