To make a screen shot, go to Windows Explorer, locate your CD, right click on an empty spot and select View > Details and the do the following:

1. Hold the ALT key down and then press the PrtScn key. An image of the active window has now been copied to the "clipboard".
2. Open Microsoft Paint and go to Edit > Paste. The image will appear.
3. Go to File > Save As... and select GIF as the file format.
4. Send the resulting GIF file as a mail attachment.
